Thanks for taking action by recording a video! If you're having any trouble, just take a look at some of the common issues that you might be running into:

1. Safari Desktop. Video capture regrettably isn't supported by Safari desktop. But just try another browser (e.g. Chrome / Firefox) or text yourself the link and record on your phone!

2. Chrome Bug. If your Google Chrome browser has been open for a while, or needs to be updated, you might see an error message that prompts you to restart your browser. Once you do this you should be all set!

3. Camera Disabled. Have you ever disabled your web camera? It's possible that you did this a really long time ago, which would turn your video frame into a black screen. If this is what you see, just click on the small 'camera' icon in the upper right-hand corner of your video pop-up, and re-enable your video camera.
